The Ballroom is a bright all-white square room with two large windows and beautiful herringbone floors. Filled with soft, natural light and unobstructed South West views its design channels upscale Parisian-charm. It is the epitome of timeless elegance radiating warmth and comfort with exquisite wainscotting, a bespoke Victorian arched stone mantel, modular sofa and carefully curated accents—the true embodiment of a modern lived-in space. With three distinct photo zones, this space is ideal for family, couple and branding portraits as well as commercial and editorial shoots.

This booking calendar is for Photo & Video Sessions without Audio sensitivity.

Holiday setups take place between October 1st and January 1st and cannot be removed from the studio room.

Elevate your events in our Ballroom studio, available for rent to host intimate gatherings such as group workshops, baby showers, and intimate wedding ceremonies. The modern Parisian room setting provides a charming ambiance, creating an ideal space to connect with your team or event guests.

For larger bookings exceeding 15 people, we recommend considering the option of renting both the Ballroom and Conservatory together, or the entire unit for a private uninterrupted experience. Studio

Ballroom overview

Parisian-inspired 800 sq. ft room with light herringbone floors, modern wainscoting and elegant stone fireplace. This room also has a unique all white rounded wall, perfect for any portrait. With south and west-facing windows, natural light floods the space, creating a bright and airy white studio space.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

Ballroom is located inside Unit 300.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.

Freight elevator is located in the 300 Campbell hallway, to the left of the main staircase. Please contact Mint Room team at 647-977-2793 to assist with operating the elevator.

Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.

Food and drinks

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to white furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
