Solarium

The Solarium is a beautiful dreamy studio at Preto Loft, inspired by light minimalistic tones, natural textures and soft fabrics. Bright white floors and ceilings create a contrast with black trusses and oversized New York loft-style windows. The room is filled with bright natural light throughout the entire day, from sunrise to sunset due to its South-facing windows. We’ve minimized the floor shadows in the room by raising the floors with a podium and curated unique modern white furniture pieces to provide a variety of different vignettes.

Holiday setups take place October 1st and January 1st and cannot be removed from the studio room.

For videos, events, and large productions, we recommend renting entire Preto Loft, which includes East Side, West Side, Solarium and a catering kitchen.

Studio

Solarium overview

The Solarium is a beautiful modern loft studio, inspired by light minimalistic tones, natural textures and soft fabrics. Bright white floors and ceilings create a contrast with black trusses and oversized New York loft-style windows. The room is filled with bright natural light throughout the entire day, from sunrise to sunset due to its South-facing windows.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

Preto Loft Studios are located on the 2nd floor in Unit 212. The unit can be accessed by taking the stairs or freight elevator.

The studio has light diffusing curtains.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway – no keys are required to access the restrooms.

Freight elevator is located in the small hallway between restrooms on the 1st floor, just outside of the metal loading doors.

Preto Loft also includes a makeup table available and catering kitchen available for rent.

Local coffee shop (Ethica coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 212 Sterling.

Photog

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to fabric furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
