The Sanctuary is a stunning tranquil bathroom space designed in natural stone colours. Inspired by the most luxurious spas, the Sanctuary features neutral tile flooring and matching fresco walls with wooden and botanical accents. The room also includes a beautiful curved podium, freestanding bathtub and a stunning vanity area with brass accents. Rent this studio as a prop studio, or as a fully functional bathroom with running water—perfect for product photography, maternity or boudoir sessions and unique family shoots.

Serene Winter

Welcome to our relaxing winter floral setup in the Sanctuary.

When creating Serene Winter, we were inspired by the calming beauty of white florals paired with a warm glow of candles around the bathtub and an overall minimalistic and uncluttered vibe, because we all (let’s face it!) need this sense of balance and harmony.

It was important for us to keep the consistency between a colour scheme and the overall aesthetic of the space, to create a cohesive and calming atmosphere.

Includes up to 10 people | 1 hour minimum booking for studio use | 2 hour minimum booking for kitchen appliance and water use.

If booking the studio during after hours (between 8 pm and 8 am), please email [email protected] to confirm the booking.

Please contact us to book the studio if the number of guests exceeds the capacity or audio recording is needed.

Please note that we provide a portable water heater to heat tap water to get it to a comfortable temperature. Water rates outlined below.

We rent out Sanctuary as part of Unit 301 for events and any larger productions and productions requiring audio sensitivity to allow for a private uninterrupted experience.

The Sanctuary is a stunning tranquil bathroom space in natural stone colours, inspired by the luxury spas. The Sanctuary has neutral tile flooring, matching fresco walls with wooden and botanical accents with a fully functional bathtub and sinks (available for an additional $5 per hour fee).

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

Sanctuary is located inside Unit 301.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.

Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.

Food and drinks

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Holiday setups take place from October – January 1st. Please contact us prior to booking
if you are looking for a non-holiday-themed room.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
