Salon

The Salon is a monochromatic living room that is simple yet chic and styled to perfection!
The pieces in the room include a vintage modular sofa with clean lines, an oversized timeless floor mirror, a neutral light rug along with silk cream draperies and modern print art. Two arched bookshelves are placed on each side of the vintage fireplace which features white herringbone tiling. The space itself has white floors and lime washed walls with minimalist wainscotting for variety. The Salon is as grand as its name: modern, elegant and oh so, sophisticated!

Porcelain Pine

Soft, luminous, and naturally refined, ‘Porcelain Pine’ offers a fresh interpretation of a neutral Christmas palette. Inspired by the delicate beauty of porcelain and winterbotanicals, the installation layers creamy whites, muted taupes, soft metallics, and natural evergreen tones to create a setting that feels warm, collected, and quietly sophisticated.

A beautifully styled evergreen tree anchors the room, dressed with oversized ivory and glass ornaments, delicate bows, soft gold details, and clusters of white hydrangeas woven throughout the branches. Organic greenery brings movement and texture to the space, while pearl-like accents, vintage-inspired glass ornaments, andsubtle touches of brass add just enough warmth and nostalgia.

The surrounding Salon is thoughtfully styled to feel like a complete holiday interior,with layered greenery, a decorated fireplace, curated shelving, and soft neutral textiles creating depth beyond the tree itself. The restrained palette allows texture and detail to take centre stage, resulting in a Christmas setting that feels festivewithout relying on traditional holiday colours.

‘Porcelain Pine’ is serene yet inviting, combining natural elements with delicate ornamentation for a timeless holiday backdrop that feels both contemporary and beautifully collected.

Salon offers an intimate setting for proposals and wedding ceremonies under 10 people. For any larger productions and productions requiring audio sensitivity we recommend that you rent the entire unit 301 for a private uninterrupted experience. For smaller productions, we recommend renting Salon + Kitchen together to provide comfortable space to move out furniture and bring in equipment.

Studio

Salon

550 sq. ft monochromatic living room with two arched bookshelves and vintage fireplace with white herringbone tiling. The studio has white floors and light grey limewashed walls with minimalist wainscotting and modern sophisticated furniture to match the ambience of the room.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

Library is located inside Unit 300.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.

Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.

Food and drinks

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
