The White Loft is a bright all-white elegant rectangular corner room with three large windows facing South and East. It features a tall slanted ceiling with delicate moldings and a chandelier, accented by round crystal medallion; off-white herringbone floors with a grand European feel, elegant and modern 7 foot arch, grand arched bookshelf, geometric oversized double doors and more. This space is perfect for branding sessions, editorial shoots and elegant family portraits.

Holiday setups take place between October 1st and January 1st and cannot be removed from the studio room.

White loft is a bright all-white elegant rectangular corner room with three large windows facing South and East. The studio features off-white herringbone floors with a grand European feel, elegant and modern 7 foot arch, grand arched bookshelf, geometric oversized double doors and more.

Indoor shoe policy

We really appreciate your help in keeping our studios, furniture and rugs clean and tidy. Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter the studio room, and switch to indoor shoes. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

Facilities

White Loft is located inside Unit 212.

Restrooms are conveniently situated in the hallway; please retrieve a key from the entrance.

Local coffee shop (Hale coffee) is located inside our building on the 1st floor at 300 Campbell.

Food and drinks

Although we permit guests to bring food and beverages into the room, we kindly request that the space be restored to its original condition upon the conclusion of the booking. Additionally, we ask that no food or drinks be placed in proximity to white furniture. There is a $100-300 cleaning fee for furniture stains.

if you are looking for a non-holiday-themed room.

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit through your Mint Room Account by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio.
